Made An Offer On a House

The Mrs. and I went to see a house last night. We liked it and made an offer on it.
We'll see if the owners accept it.

As everything in life there are trade-offs. It is a town house, therefore the back yard (if you can even call it that) is very small. On the other hand, it is a nice location, close to work and it is spacious. It has a two car garage, four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms.

With our budget, we could either get 30 year old single family home in the goonies, or a fairly new town house close to work. You know which option we took.
