House Offer Accepted

The offer we made on the house got accepted. I believe we have dotted all the "i"'s and dotted all the "t"'s. We are getting ready to move and should be doing so some time next week.

Now we need to sell our condo to help us pay for the new house. I've been told it is a a buyer's market in real estate nowadays so selling the condo might take some work. Good luck to me.
